Here is a shadow engraving of some roses, the cool thing about this is it looks like it is a really deep time consuming engraving but it is not.

Material used
This shadow engraving is done on a piece of 3/4" or 19mm pine board. this pine was sanded to a 220 grit finish, this pine can be purchased in any local hardware stores and can be easily cut to size with a circular saw or table saw and possibly wit the new 40W laser from Xtool
