Summary

Well as you can see local area 3D maps of neighborhoods in frames ready to hang, these can be done with any area as to why I am not including a file.

3mm Basswood Plywood
The main part of the map is 1/4" (6.3mm) birch plywood or any plywood you desire, cut outs of any water area's are backed by blue printed paper and then installed into a pre-built ( bought) picture frame.
