Summary
First I scanned all the pattern pieces and used Illustrator to create vector files. I then cut all the pattern pieces with the P2 CO2 laser from anti-pill fleece and used double sided interfacing to attach them to the backing square. I use my sewing machine to zig zag all around the pieces using applique technique. Using the laser means I can get a level of detail I can't get with a pair of scissors or a rotary cutter and sharp edges that don't fray or leave fuzzies. This pattern is McCalls pattern M6411
