Summary
I crafted a custom stand to hold a plant light for my ponytail palm. The palm was too tiny for the regular light, so I needed to make something custom. If you're making one yourself, start by testing the fit with the small circle in the top right of the design. Adjust the inner ring size until your light fits just right. Once you have the correct size, use that measurement to change the small hole in the rest of the parts. You can see what parts to adjust in the pictures. I first put it together with hot glue, which wasn't great—it made some parts bulge out. So I'd suggest using something like wood glue, super glue, or a specialized craft glue for a better hold. And don't forget your laser-safe glasses.
