    Lettering is 3mm basswood painted white. Paint basswood and apply 3M tape to back prior to cutting. I also mask the front of the painted basswood before cutting to reduce charring on the letters. Sign is chalkboard (the one with the whiteboard on the back) from Home Depot. 11.75 inches round
