4.5x4.5 glass mirror coasters from dollar tree. I scrape the felt feet and stickers off of the bottom (the etching surface).

Amazing, I don't use lightburn, but I followed everything else, I use xtool M1 5w, image engraving perfect for me

hi this very cool I have been teaching myself and have had a lot of mistakes trying to do pictures on glass . a couple have been OK and only 1 was good . with the mirror though it's already coated . from the results I see on your post it looks amazing . is it easier than glass ? I can't wait to try this . thank you for sharing and inspiring us

yea i'am teaching my self how to use the d1 i've got a couple of questions for you if you dont mind ? when you are done and you paint the back dont it mess up the picture and also where do i find the img-r software?

I'm new working with and teaching myself how to use my D1. Your work caught my eye as they are excellent. If you don't mind i have 2 questions for you.I have some 2 MM clear acrylic I'm trying to engrave images on using Lightburn. You stated that you use img-r software to edit your photos. Are you paying a fee for using that software? Have you ever used Acrylic?

Thank you! I do pay for the offline version as it has more tools and algorithms and i have only done a few clear acrylic pieces but yes i have.
