    Multilayer Wall Decoration

In the file, there are two variants of the wall decoration. The first is a simple version with a solid background that you can paint orange or any color you prefer. The second variant is a bit more complex, featuring an orange acrylic layer with an LED strip behind it.

For this project, I used 4mm poplar plywood and chose the LED version. In my case, there are 3 layers of plywood and 1 layer of acrylic.

The final product's dimensions are 230mm x 230mm, and it was made with the xTool M1 10W laser. The orange acrylic I used already had a circular shape with dimensions of 220mm x 220mm.

    Steps:
    1. Cut the front layer and paint it black (I used water-based black spray paint).
    2. Cut the first thin circular ring (this ring prevents light from escaping from the sides and fits around the acrylic as an outer ring).
    3. Cut the remaining circular rings. I needed exactly 2 more (the side holes in these rings are for my LED base; if you have a smaller LED base, you can use a full ring without cutting).
    4. Glue the layers together. For the front layer, I also applied glue to the inner parts so they would stick to the acrylic, not just to the edges.
    5. Once the layers are glued, you can start placing the LED strip inside. I used a copper-wired LED strip and hot-glued it in place.

You can, of course, modify the parts to fit your needs. There are many possible outcomes for this decoration—it's all up to your creativity.

The file also includes a version with a solid background. This is a simpler option, without the LED strip, and consists of just 2 layers: the front one with a Halloween theme and a second layer with a full circle.

    Steps for the simpler version:
    1. Cut the front layer and paint it black.
    2. Cut the full circle and paint it orange.
    3. Glue the two layers together.

This version is easier to make.

Feel free to edit the file for your needs,

    Happy Halloween :)
