Summary

Free hand cutting wallets that you want to mass produce can be a painful task as a leather worker would know. I needed to create a way to save myself time while not sacrificing quality in return, so I came up with these 5 Leather wallet templates. These files allow you to cut straight into the leather for perfect shape every time, or create your own physical jig to reuse over and over again out of 3mm basswood or acrylic. Very beginner and I would recommend to anyone breaking into the leather business!

I'm using all 2-3oz chrome tan leather. All were purchased from Springfield Leather Co. You can use whatever leather you have on the thinner side no more than 5oz The MIDDLE PIECES are RECOMMENDED to be FIRM texture leather (for structure) Leather Glue- 2mm waxed thread used Jigs could be made
