Summary

This is an intricate 3D paper project. I purchased the original design from Etsy,

I used the laser to cut the paper. I carefully wiping any charred marks from the edges.

It took a little to put together. This was my first attempt so this took a few hours to get this completed. It took me a while to get it centered. Then to figure out how I wanted the layers and adding the lights. I first took washi tape to make a border on the inside of the frame. I used foam board that was cut into 1/4 in strips along with adhesive dots to seperate and create the depth effect. The foam board was glued with 3 in 1 craft glue. I added battery operated led strip lighting from amazon. This was carefully added throughout the layers to add effect. This was a gift for a friend.

I was very please with the way it turned out. My friend LOVED it.

If you're interested in the pattern I used, you can find and purchase it here:
