I read on xtool.eu that we can receive only points for 3 creation per day.

If I created the projects yesterday but the they didn't achieved yet 10 dowload, so i didn't received the points, if today i will upload 3 new project can receive all the points of yesterday + of today projects?

The guidelines on that are not so clear.
